How does Bevee work?

Our easy ordering process means you can relax and enjoy the moment.
Start by placing an order on our online-store.
One of our delivery drivers will then pick up your order and deliver it to you within one hour.
Easy as that!

What are your hours?

Our delivery hours are:

Thurs 5pm – 11pm
Fri 5pm – 11pm
Sat 5pm – 11pm

All orders must be placed before 10pm to ensure delivery by 11pm.

What areas does Bevee deliver to?

Bevee currently operates in the Central Auckland area. Please see our delivery zone on the homepage to see if your area is included.

We will be expanding to other areas in Auckland in 2017. Follow us on facebook here and we’ll keep you in the loop!

How do you ensure that you only deliver to customers 18 years or older?

We pride ourselves on our rigorous staff training and harm minimisation procedures. We also ask that you provide one piece of identification when you sign up to or service.

Ordering

You don't have my favourite product in stock!

No worries! Give us a call and we’ll do our best to track down that favourite drop for you.

How long will my order take?

Once your order is placed, we will deliver it to you within one hour. Deliveries usually take around 30-45 minutes.

Can I use Bevee for my large event?

Definitely! We can cater for an order of any size. Give us a call so we can discuss your preferred delivery date or time and any specific requirements you might have. We’ll make sure your event is a blast!

What if an item is out of stock?

Sometimes a customer in store nabs the last bottle before you have a chance to complete your order. In this rare case, we will give you a call and offer a suggested alternative or refund that part of your order.

How do I cancel a delivery?

The fastest way to cancel your order is by calling us at any point before the driver makes their way to your location. You may also email us at [email protected], however we recommend that you call us so we can intercept the driver in time. Unfortunately changes to a delivery time cannot be made once a driver is en route to your delivery address. Sorry about that!

What are your accepted methods of payment?

Payment is made online at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

All payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway so you can be confident in your purchase. Bevee never stores any credit card details.

What happens if I'm intoxicated?

Bevee is unable to serve alcohol to customers who are intoxicated. If our driver determines that you are intoxicated upon arrival, then we will hold on to the alcohol and refund you the purchase price less the delivery fee and a restocking fee. Our driver will also provide you details for Bevee management should you have any questions about the process.

Why do I need to give my ID details?

This is simply to make sure that you are you and to stop minors using the service. All checks are made through our partner Verifi’s fully approved Cloudcheck Platform. None of the data is saved by us after the check is complete so there is no need to worry!
